Terms of Service

MyWealth360 is a personal and business financial dashboard. This release provides account setup, personal and business spaces, and development of Sandbox test connections through Plaid. Real account connections, budgets, goals, and recommendations are not yet available. MyWealth360 is an informational tool — it does not move money, make payments, or transfer funds.

MyWealth360 provides information and software-generated suggestions for your convenience. It is not financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice, and recommendations are not guarantees. You are responsible for your own financial decisions and should consult a qualified professional where appropriate.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your login and two-factor authentication secure and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy. You retain your data; you may request a copy or deletion by contacting us. Self-service export and account deletion are not yet available.

MyWealth360 relies on third parties including Plaid (account connections) and your financial institutions. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their acts, omissions, or data accuracy.

• Do not use the service unlawfully or to access accounts you are not authorized to access.
• Do not attempt to breach, probe, or disrupt the security or integrity of the service.
• Do not reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the service except as permitted by law.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data from third parties will be accurate or complete.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Other Guys Tech LLC, a Washington LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service.

You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service or its users.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
